Woolwich Reach, East London

Woolwich Reach continued the valued partnership that we share with Higgins Partnerships. The block overlooks the River Thames and delivered 75 new-build homes including three three-storey town houses as well as commercial space on the ground floor.

The site used to be home to the Pavillion pub opposite the former North Woolwich station and is due to open in 2021.

Our scope of works included: Hadley Group SFS Installation with RCM Y-Wall Sheathing Board, Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems and Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish, Tarmac Liquid Screed and Insulated Sand & Cement Screed with Grano Toppings.

The overall cost of the project totaled £27 million and our works were completed in October 2021.
