Wood Lane Studios, West London

Working with ISG, we constructed 600 rooms, over four blocks, for postgraduate students at Imperial College to help ease demand for student rooms. The high quality accommodations have private bathrooms and kitchens, spacious social and study areas as well as each block having it's own residence gym.

Our scope of works included: Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish, SAS International Lay-in grid Metal Pan Ceiling Systems and Sand & Cement screed.

The overall cost of the project totaled £36 million and was completed in August 2012.
