Westminster Lodge, Hertfordshire 

The new Westminster lodge for Wilmott Dixon was a new-build leisure centre in St Albans which included a Gym, two Swimming Pools, Sports Hall and a multi purpose Studio. The new centre replaced a worn out building that was no longer fit for purpose and now hosts major swimming competitions.

Our scope of works included: Hadley Group SFS installation with CP Board & Rockwool Insulation, Knauf External Insulated Render Systems, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard, Acoustic Ceiling & Hunter Douglas Wood Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish, Rockfon Lay-in grid Mineral Fibre Tile Ceiling Systems and Sand & Cement Screed.

The overall cost of the project totaled £19 million and was completed in November 2012.
