Waterside North, Buckinghamshire

Waterside North in Aylesbury for Durkan Construction consisted of one newly-built five storey building which was made up of 47 apartments, five restaurants and two retail units. The retail units and restaurants were on the ground floor overlooking the square with the apartments located in the floors above. 

Our scope of works included: Metsec SFS Installation with Knauf Sheathing Board & Kingspan Insulation, Siniat-Etex Group Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a British Gypsum Plastered finish and Sand & Cement Screed with Grano Dust.

The overall cost of the project totaled £11 million and was completed in February 2019.
