University College London, Central London

Working with Kier Group, the award winning Sainsbury Wellcome Centre at the University College London gives a new modern look to Fitzrovia and the surrounding listed buildings. The energy efficient new-build has reduced it's carbon footprint by as much as 35% and received an EPC rating of 28 and is rated BREEAM Excellent.

Our scope of works included: Hadley Group SFS Installation, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish, SAS International Lay-in grid Metal Pan Ceiling Systems and Sand & Cement Screed.

The overall cost of the project totaled £55 million and was completed in October 2015.
