Unity Place, Buckinghamshire

Unity place for John Sisk & Son has brought together 6,000 of Santander's employees who are currently based over four separate locations providing them an enhanced working environment. The eight story building has over 44,000sqm of office space including 5,000 work stations over the four blocks.

Our scope of works included: Ash & Lacy SFS Bulkheads, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems, Wall Linings & Dot and Dab, Acoustic, MF Grid & Lay-in Grid Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish and Soffit Insulation.

The overall cost of the development totaled £150 million and our works were completed in November 2023.
