The Standard Hotel, Central London

The unique 270-room Standard Hotel for McLaren Construction was an extremely challenging project due to the location being on one of London's busiest streets, directly opposite London's St Pancras International station. With the help of our approved supply chain who went above and beyond to make sure that the site being located on a busy street didn't effect the service we gave to McLaren or the client.

Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish, SAS International Bespoke Ceiling Systems and Sand & Cement Screed.

The overall cost of the project totaled £20 million and was completed in July 2019.
