The Langham, Central London

Working with John Sisk & Son, the 380-room Langham was Europe's first grand hotel. The hotel on Regent Street first opened in 1865 and on this project we completed the refurbishment to the guest rooms, corridors and lobby areas. 

Our scope of works included: Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish.

The overall cost of the project totaled £80 million and was completed in March 2009.
