The Lakes Estate Renewal Project, Buckinghamshire

Phase A of The Lakes Estate Renewal Project for Graham Construction will consist of an update to the original estate in Bletchley that was first constructed in the 60s. This includes adding 183 new-build houses and apartments, retail units and wider amenities for the local residence.

Our scope of works include: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems, External Render Systems and Screed works.

Our works commenced in September 2024 and are due to be completed in 2025.
