St Paul's Cathedral School Boarder House, Central London
This small contract for Borras Construction was a historical project that included the boarder house for the St Paul’s Cathedral choristers, next door to the Cathedral. The Grade II listed building was first constructed in the 1960’s for 40 students. The school now currently educates over 200 students alongside the choristers so therefore the current building was no longer fit for purpose. The new boarder house allows the cathedral to maintain its world famous choir.
Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish.
The overall cost of project totaled £8 million and our works were completed in February 2021.
