St Ermin's, Central London
St Ermin's Hotel in the heart of London was first opened in the mid 19th Century and is famous for housing MI6 and Winston Churchills famous Covert Operation meetings during WWII. Rumor is there are still tunnels underground leading from the hotel, all the way to the houses of Parliament. On this project for John Sisk & Son, we completed refurbishments to the 277-rooms, corridors and reception area.
Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish and Ecophon Lay-in grid Mineral Fibre Tile Ceiling Systems.
The overall cost of the project totaled £15 million and was completed in November 2011.
