St Bernard’s Ealing Hospital, West London

This Higgins Construction project spanned over 5.6 acres of surplus land to the south side of the hospital. The land was replaced with 270 new-build homes over five blocks up to nine storey's high and also included a small retail unit.

Our scope of works included: Knauf SFS Installation with Sheathing board & Insulation, Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish and Insulated Sand & Cement Screed.

The overall cost of the project totaled £46 million and was completed in August 2018.
