Ruby Lucy Hotel, South London

After working successfully on 13-14 Park Crescent, we were very pleased to continue the growing partnership between our selves and Red Construction Ltd, this time in London's Waterloo.

The 76-room "Lean Luxury" Ruby Lucy Hotel is the first of the brands hotel chain in England after successes in Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Munich and Vienna.

The four storey hotel featured rooms on floors 1-4 with the ground floor being used as a reception, bar and general seating area with five retail units also situated on the ground floor.

Our scope of works included: Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish.

The overall cost of the project will total £10.5 million and is due to be completed in January 2020.
