Queensland Road, North London

The 352 residential units on Queensland Road was the final part of Arsenal Football Club's regeneration works around the then new Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal had already moved into their new home prior to this Kier Group project commencing so this caused many challenges to occur like planning the entire project around matchdays. Due to our approved supply chain and the trust we have, this issue was resolved with relative ease.

Our scope of works included: Metsec SFS Installation, CP Board & Kingspan Insulation, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish and Insulated Sand & Cement Screed.

The overall cost of the project totaled £64 million and was completed in August 2013.
