Parnell House, Central London

This mixed-use redevelopment in Victoria, along the extremely busy Vauxhall Bridge Road, was completed in 2017 and comprised of both residential and commercial space for Kier Group. Along with the JD Wetherspoon on the ground level, floors one to six were flexible commercial office space to category A standard, leaving floors seven to nine as 14 high end residential units.

Our scope of works included: Hadley Group SFS Installation with CP board & Rockwool Insulation, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish and Sand & Cement screed.

The overall cost of the project totaled £35 million.
