Millbrook Park, North London

This project within Millbrook Park in Mill Hill will consisted of 110 mixed tenure new-build homes for Durkan Construction. The homes consist of 94 one, two and three bedroom apartments over four blocks and 16 town houses.

Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceilings with a Plastered finish, Armstrong Mineral Fibre Tile Systems and Insulated Sand & Cement Screed with Grano Dust.

Our works were completed in January 2022.
