Lambeth College, South London

The new Steam centre at the London South Bank Technical College in Nine Elms is a 10,000sqm 10 storey further education building for the specific subjects of Construction, Engineering, Dental Technology, Digital and Creative, IT, English and Math's. As well as classrooms, there are also further study rooms, a cafe, social rooms and larger workshops for further construction skills training and a reception.

Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard, Rockfon Contour Baffles, Rockfon Planks, Rockfon Lay-In Grid Panels and Troldtekt Acoustic Panel ceiling systems with a Tape & Jointed finish and Soffit Insulation.

The overall cost of the development totaled £150 million and our works were completed in February 2023.
