Hayes Town and Avondale Drive, West London

We have been awarded the External SFS works at the Hayes Town and Avondale Drive project for Higgins Partnerships. This project will see the demolishing of existing estates that were built in the 60s and 70s consisting of over 400 homes, being replaced with new neighbourhoods totaling 740 homes. This will take around 8-10 years through phased works. We have been awarded the first phase which includes 110 homes.​

Our current scope of works include: Metsec Voestalpine SFS Installation and RCM Y Wall Sheathing Board.

Our works on this contract commenced in September 2024 and are due to be completed in early 2025.
