Hanwell Square, West London

Hanwell Square comprised of 360 new-build apartments and over 1,200m2 of commercial space over three blocks. The development will was built in two phases due to delayed vacant possession of a proportion of the land.

Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Quattro Lay-In Grid Mineral Wall Tile Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish, High Impact Soffit Insulation and two types of screed including Tarmac Liquid and Grano Sand & Cement.

The overall cost of the development totaled £82 million with our works being completed in October 2024.
