Greenhill Centre, East London

This new-build project for Higgins Partnerships will consist of 71 much-needed affordable housing in the London Borough of Newham. 56 of the new-build homes will be offered under the London Affordable Rent with the remaining 25 for low-cost shared ownership.

Our scope of works include: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish.

Our works commenced in August 2024 and are due to be completed in 2025.
