Equipment Works, East London

We constructed 333 new-build homes and over 18,000 sqft of commercial space for Telford Homes in Walthamstow. The site, which is less than 150 meters from Blackhorse Road Tube station, took it's name from the industrial units that used to occupy the area. This project is directly next door to our Barratt London site meaning T Lott Ltd will be constructing over 680 homes in the Walthamstow area in 2020/21.

Our scope of works included: Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish, AMF Lay-in Grid Mineral Fibre Tile Ceiling Systems and Tarmac Liquid Screed.

This project was completed in October 2021.
