Elms Field Redevelopment, Berkshire 

The Elms Field Redevelopment in Wokingham includes four blocks, M1, M2, M3 and M4. M1 consists of retail units, residential properties and an Everyman Cinema. M2 consist of mostly residential properties and also smaller retail units. M3 is an Aldi Supermarket and M4 is a 95-room Premier Inn Hotel.

In total, there's over 43,000 sqft of both food and non food retail units as we work with McLaughlin & Harvey for the first time with this contract.

Our scope of works included: Hadley Group SFS Installation with Knauf Sheathing Board & Xtratherm Insulation, Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with both a Plastered & Tape & Jointed finish in the relevant blocks and also CEP Lay-in grid Mineral Fibre Tile Ceiling Systems.

The overall cost of the project will total £38 million. Blocks M2, M3 & M4 are already completed with M1 due to be completed in August 2020.
