Egham Gateway West, Surrey

The Egham Gateway West regeneration for Graham Construction in Surrey consisted of new-build homes, retail units, a Cinema and a Student Accommodation. We constructed 100 Student Accommodation rooms, three cinema auditoriums and 36 residential apartments over two blocks with the Student Accommodation completed in September 2021 for the new University year.

Our scope of works included: Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish, Joist Hangers and timbers within the Cinema Auditoriums which was lined with Knuaf Versa Panel Board.

The overall cost of the regeneration totaled £60 million and our works were completed in March 2022.
