Dukes Lodge, West London

Dukes Lodge is a new-build block of 25 bespoke apartments, two minutes from Holland Park tube station for Knight Build Ltd.

There is a 0% tolerance on the thickness of the External Render on the front of Dukes Lodge. The Render has to be equal thickness due to stone work Installation after our Render works.

Our scope of works included: Kingspan SFS Installation with Weatherkem CP Boards, Knauf Insulation and Insulated Render Systems.

​

The overall cost of the project totaled £75 million and was completed in March 2020.
