Commodity Quay, Central London

This McLaren Construction project consisted of over 12,800 sqft of office space. Located within St Katherine's Docks, the new Commodity Quay development was modeled on the 200,000 sqft warehouse that previously occupied the location.

Our Scope of works included: Knauf External Metal & Render System, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish, Barrisol and SAS International Lay-in Grid Metal Pan Ceiling Systems.
