Coleville Estate, North London

Coleville Estate for Higgins Construction was the largest newly built estate in the London Borough. The 116 new-build homes in Hackney were divided into 70 social rented homes, 6 shared ownership homes and 40 private sale homes with 130 sqft of commercial space on the ground floor.

Coleville Estate has been shortlisted for awards such as: Housing Awards' Best Regeneration Project of the Year 2019 and Building Awards' Project of the Year 2019. This Higgins site in North London has also won the following awards: RIBA Award for Architectural Brilliance 2019, Gold at the National Site Awards, Silver at the CCS Best Practice Awards and Gold at the TPAS 2019 Awards.

Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish and Insulated Sand & Cement Screed.

The overall cost of the project totaled £40 million and was completed in November 2018.
