Chobham Zone 3, East London

After successfully completing Zone 2 back in April 2021 (see last photo), working with Higgins Homes, we returned to complete Zone 3, with both being within close walking distance to Stratford International station. This new project still formed a central part of London 2012's Olympic Legacy and included 36 new-build, one, two and three bedroom apartments.

Our scope of works included: Metsec Voestalpine SFS Installation, Glassroc X Sheathing Board, Tyvek Breather Membrane with Procheck FR200, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish and Sand & Cement Screed with Grano.
