Chobham Farm Zone 2, East London

Our Higgins Partnerships project in Chobham Farm Zone 2 included 154 residential units split into into two blocks, block 2C and 3C.

Block 2C, which features 17 plots, is a four storey building which was completed in July 2019. Block 3C, which features 137 plots in four core's (A, B, C, D) rises as high as eight storeys and was completed in April 2021.

Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish, Duragrade Flooring and Insulated Sand & Cement Screed.

The overall cost of the project totaled £45 million.
