Capital Interchange Way, West London

1-4 Capital Interchange Way will consist of 420 new-build units and up to 45,000 sqft of commercial and retail space. This new project for Telford Homes is next door to Brentford FC's Community Stadium and will include up to 209 affordable homes.

Our current scope of works include: EOS-Etex Group SFS Installation, Sheathing Board and Cortex FR0500 EPDM, Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish and Gyvlon Liquid Screed.

Our works commenced in June 2023 and is due to be completed in 2025.
