Blackhorse Point, East London

Working with Barratt London for the first time with this project, we constructed 350 new-build homes opposite Blackhorse Road station in Walthamstow. This project is directly next door to our Telford Homes site meaning T Lott Ltd constructed over 680 homes in the Walthamstow area in 2020-23.

 

This Barratt London site is a former Transport for London car park and is one of four major new-build housing projects currently occurring by Blackhorse Road station. The six new-build blocks, including a 21 storey tower block, will therefore have excellent travel links and is within a 15 minute London Underground journey to central London.

Our current scope of works included: Kingspan SFS Installation, Knauf Windliner Sheathing Board and Procheck FR200 VCL with an Cordex Fire Rated EPDM seal, British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Plank Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish and Tarmac Liquid Screed.
