About Us

Founded over 20 years ago, we provide a range of services including Plastering, Drylining, External Render, SFS and Screeding to both Commercial and Residential customers. This includes Cinemas, Hospitals, Hotels, Leisure Centres, Offices, Residential properties, Schools, Student Accommodations, and Universities.

We aim and succeed in ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with the high level of services that we provide at all times. In order to achieve this aim, we rely on the commitment and effectiveness of our employees. To make sure our operatives are fully equipped for all eventualities on site, we train our staff for Abrasive Wheel Training, First Aid, IPAF, Manual Handling, NVQ, Pasma, Qualitative Fit Test to name a few. All members of our workforce are CSCS certified and all managers and supervisors have passed the SMSTS and the SSSTS training courses to ensure Health & Safety plays a vital role. We also have a full time NEBOSH trained Health & Safety manager to make sure everyone who works for T Lott Ltd is working in the safest environment possible.

We currently work for a range of main contractors but we are always looking to forge new relationships with new customers. We have worked on projects with values between £50,000 and £10,000,000.
