5-6 Connaught Place, Central London
5-6 Connaught Place in Marble Arch for John Sisk & Son was a transformation from the Grade II listed Georgian styled properties to seven bespoke apartments, over-looking Hyde Park. Connaught Place is made famous for the history that surrounds them. Number One Connaught occupied the estranged wife of George IV, Princess Caroline and their daughter, Princess Charlotte. Winston Churchill lived in number two when he was starting out in life some years later with number five Connaught famous for being badly damaged during the Blitz in WWII.
Our scope of works included: Knauf Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Tape & Jointed finish and Sand & Cement Screed.
This projected was completed in November 2014.
