30 Berkeley Square, Central London

On this project, we carried out works to the Seven Floor multi use property in the exclusive Mayfair district of London for McLaren Construction. The Building offers office space, multi area Art Gallery, Auction House and Communal Facility rooms. Re-modelling to the Double Height Basement Level and Ground Floor reception area was also completed including new External Wall Linings and Extensive Column detailing.

In addition, there is 3 Floors of Acoustic Suspended Ceiling panels encased by GRG moulded details which give an impressive appearance.

Our scope of works included: British Gypsum Metal Stud Partition Systems & Wall Linings, Suspended Plasterboard & Acoustic Ceiling Systems with a Plastered finish, SAS International Lay-in Grid Ceiling Systems and Glass Partition Installation.

The overall cost of the project totaled £15 million and was completed in October 2014.
